Our new customer ‘meet and greet’ is important for every potential new customer to ensure we are right for you and your pet and you are right for us.

The meet and greet induction process:

Daycare – If your pet is a first time visitor for day care we ask you to bring them for a trial day to ensure they are comfortable in our surroundings and importantly at ease with other pet guests.

Homeboarding – If your pet is a first time guest with us we require a one-night trial stay to make sure that your pet likes it with us and is at ease with other dogs in our home

Both services require you to also bring along important documentation such as insurance details / vaccination records and medication details. We will also discuss a range of areas including eating habits and behaviours to ensure we provide a tailored stay for your pet.
